Windows 8.1 has reached RTM status last week. What does that mean?
Dengam Windows 8.1 RTM status means that the Windows product manufacturers (Asus, HP, etc..) Can start using OS Windows 8.1 on their artificial devices. In addition it also means there's RTM status a few new features and components that can be found in it.
